The new Health4Travel website is now live. It reorganises the site around the audiences we work with every day — travellers, medical providers, insurers and Global Assistance teams — so each group can find the information, tools and entry points that are actually relevant to them.
Why we rebuilt the Health4Travel website
Health4Travel serves several very different audiences with the same underlying platform. The previous site made everyone read the same story; the new site splits the journeys so travellers, providers, insurers and assistance teams can get to what matters for them in fewer clicks.
- Clearer top-level navigation by audience.
- Dedicated sections for insurers, assistance teams and providers.
- Better content structure for destinations, services and coverage.
- A foundation that is easier to keep current as the product evolves.
A clearer journey for travellers
Travellers can now move from a destination or service question to relevant care information and booking entry points without wading through partnership content they don't need. Travel health guides sit alongside destination pages, so practical questions are answered in the same place people ask them.
Better information for medical providers
Clinics and specialists have a dedicated For Providers section that explains how Health4Travel works, what providers control and how to apply. The intent is that a clinic can read one page and understand whether joining Health4Travel is relevant for their setup.
Dedicated content for insurers and assistance teams
Insurers and Global Assistance teams have their own sections covering benefits, workflows and product options — including the Agent Dashboard, the white-label member app and the underlying Global Assistance workflow. Operating models are agreed individually with each insurer or assistance partner.
New coverage and content tools
The coverage map, destination pages and travel health guides now share a common content system. That makes it easier to keep coverage information current and to publish new destination and service content on a predictable rhythm.
SEO, GEO and destination content
The new site is built to support ongoing SEO and generative search visibility: direct-answer content, structured data, dedicated destination and guide pages, and a News & Insights hub that stays current with product and partnership updates.
What comes next
Expect a steady flow of new destination content, product updates and partnership news over the coming months. The site is designed to grow with the product, not to be redesigned every year.
