October has been one of the most significant months yet for the Health4Travel network. We have expanded in three key travel markets, the US and Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, and a new partnership has extended our total coverage to more than 60 countries. For assistance companies and TPAs, this means more places where a traveller’s case can be matched with a vetted doctor, and more ways to support them when they need care.
US + Canada: 1000+ locations
1000+locations across the US and Canada
Our growth in North America follows the strategic partnership framework between MedWorks and Health4Travel, announced on 10 September 2026. Under the framework, each company leads in its own region: MedWorks across North America, and Health4Travel across its international markets.

MedWorks brings its AI-enabled patient-engagement platform and an established network of clinics and healthcare organisations across Canada and the United States. Health4Travel brings the international technology, provider access and payer relationships. Each company serves its own members through its own platform, with a combined provider network behind both: Health4Travel’s insurer, TPA and assistance clients book participating North American clinics through the Health4Travel platform.
The first workstream focuses on connecting participating clinics in Canada with international demand, intended as a scalable blueprint for subsequent expansion into the United States and other markets.
United Kingdom: 200+ locations
200+locations in the UK
A new partnership in the United Kingdom brings our coverage to more than 200 locations, offering our entire range of 19 services. The UK remains one of the world’s most visited destinations: official estimates from the ONS International Passenger Survey, published by VisitBritain, put inbound visits to the UK at 40.8 million in 2025 (VisitBritain, statistics in development). For assistance teams, broader UK coverage means more options close to where travellers are, from London to the regions.
Australia: 100+ locations
100+locations in Australia
Australia opens as a prominent new market for Health4Travel, with coverage on both the west and east coasts. Together with our networks in North America and Europe, it gives assistance teams one connected solution across three of the most important regions for international travel.

Telehealth: 5 new countries join the map
50+countries with telehealth coverage
The second half of our growth comes from a new partnership that expands our telehealth coverage across 17 countries: Australia, New Zealand, Greece, England, Spain, Turkey, Egypt, India, the UAE, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, South Africa, China and Japan. It opens new coverage in China, Japan, the Philippines, India and South Africa, taking our telehealth reach to more than 50 countries and our global reach to 60.

Telehealth adds flexibility to our physical network. Where an in-person visit is not the best fit, or a traveller needs advice outside clinic hours, a region-wide telehealth provider gives assistance teams another route to care, helping to address traveller needs 24/7.
What it means for assistance teams
Each new market brings us closer to a simple goal: making it faster and less costly to arrange care for travellers abroad. A wider network of in-person locations, complemented by telehealth, gives case handlers more options in one place, helping to reduce case handling times and costs while making care more accessible to travellers worldwide.
Our network continues to grow, and so does our commitment to the assistance workflow. If you are an assistance company or TPA looking for broader coverage in your key destinations, we would welcome the conversation.
